SECTION 20 – SMS/MMS MOBILE MESSAGING TERMS

By opting into our mobile messaging program, you consent to receive recurring automated or prerecorded SMS/MMS messages. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message. This is the only recognized opt-out method.

Standard message and data rates may apply.

SECTION 21 – SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via your confirmation email or by contacting support.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing date.

SECTION 22 – STRICT PROHIBITION ON RESALE AND UNAUTHORIZED COMMERCIAL USE

Products are sold for personal, non-commercial use only. Any resale, redistribution, or marketplace listing without a signed Reseller Authorization Agreement is prohibited and constitutes a material breach.

Unauthorized resale voids all guarantees and benefits. We reserve the right to pursue all legal and administrative remedies.

SECTION 23 – RETURNS AND RESTOCKING FEE

All returns require prior authorization and completion of a mandatory return form. A $7 CAD restocking fee applies to approved returns.

Return conditions are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
