30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To qualify for a return:

Patches must be unopened, unused, and undamaged

Products must be returned in original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
If you purchased multiple units and opened only one, you're eligible for a partial refund for the remaining unopened items.
Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email us at support@gentlepatches.com with your order number and details.
Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for your return shipment.

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for:

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to an EU country, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason.
Products must be:

In original condition with proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of approval status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
(Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.)
