Processing & Fulfillment Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Times
We ship from fulfillment centers in the USA and EU, depending on your location and product availability.
Estimated Delivery Times:

Shipping Rates
Shipping is always free worldwide — no hidden fees at checkout.
Please note: Some countries may apply local VAT or customs duties upon delivery (see below).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment via the link provided.
If the link doesn’t work or you didn’t receive one, please email us at support@gentlepatches.com with your order number — we’ll resend your tracking info manually.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability. You’ll receive a separate tracking number for each shipment if applicable.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
After placing an order, you have 20 minutes to contact us if there’s a mistake with your shipping address. After this time, we may be unable to make changes, as the order may already be processed and sent to our warehouse for shipment.
To request an address change, email us immediately at support@gentlepatches.com with your order number and the corrected address.
Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel your order after it’s been placed, please contact us within 20 minutes. We’ll do our best to process your cancellation request before the order is sent to fulfillment.
However, once the order enters processing or shipping, we may no longer be able to cancel it. If that happens, you can still initiate a return once the product is delivered.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:

If it’s been more than 14 business days, contact us at support@gentlepatches.com — we’ll investigate and assist right away.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, Gentle Patches is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges incurred during or after shipping. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
