We aim to deliver your wellness products as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order is shipped.
Processing & Fulfilment Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Times
Orders are shipped from fulfilment centres in the USA and the EU, depending on your location and product availability.
Estimated Delivery Times

United States: 2–5 business days (standard), 2 business days (express)

EU & UK: 2–5 business days (standard), 2 business days (express)

International: 5–12 business days

Shipping Rates
Please note that some countries may apply local VAT, GST, or customs duties upon delivery.
Shipping to Australia costs $14.99 AUD with a minimum free delivery threshold $77.90 AUD
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link.
If you didn’t receive a tracking email or the link isn’t working, contact us at support@gentlepatches.com with your order number and we’ll resend it.
Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately based on availability.
If this happens, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Order Changes
After placing your order, you have 5 minutes to contact us regarding any order or product changes. We’ll do our best to assist during this window; however, changes may not be possible if your order has already entered processing or been sent to our warehouse.
To request a change, email support@gentlepatches.com immediately and include your order number. Please note that we’re unable to change delivery addresses once an order has been placed.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 5 minutes of placing it. We’ll attempt to cancel the order before it enters fulfilment.
Once an order is being processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, you may request a return after delivery.
Lost or Delayed Deliveries
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:

If it’s been more than 14 business days, contact us at support@gentlepatches.com and we’ll investigate promptly.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, Gentle Patches is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges applied during or after shipping. These charges are set by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.
Unauthorised Resale
Reselling or redistributing Gentle Patches products is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of being placed for unauthorised resale or redistribution.
