Participation in our SMS/MMS programme is voluntary. By opting in, you agree to receive marketing messages at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

SECTION 21 – SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until cancelled. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing date.

SECTION 22 – STRICT PROHIBITION ON RESALE AND REDISTRIBUTION

Products are for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorised resale, marketplace listing, or redistribution is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of contract.

Unauthorised resale voids all refunds, guarantees, and support rights. We reserve all enforcement rights, including order cancellation and legal action.

SECTION 23 – RETURNS, RESTOCKING FEE, AND RETURN AUTHORISATION

Returns require prior authorisation and completion of a mandatory return form.
Approved returns are subject to a $8 AUD restocking fee, deducted from the refund.
